Who We Are

BLAKE & SQUIRE

Blake and Squire Media was founded by Melanie Blake and Angela Squire after a decade of working together on a diverse range of Drama, Live and Home Entertainment projects.

Although from different career paths, both Melanie and Angela have achieved top level success as women in the media and entertainment industry. Whilst collaborating, they found their individual strengths created a unique synergy resulting in success in every genre they teamed up on. Their associated projects have grossed millions in sales and at the box office.

Each project was created from a blank sheet of paper and delivered to first class execution and acclaim.

Although successful in their own respective solo careers, Melanie and Angela realised that by joining forces, they could do what they enjoy most, creating narratives through original projects which may come to life as a Documentary, Drama, Factual or Live format.

Angela and Melanie have now officially teamed up to create Blake & Squire, a 100% female owned and run production company with Northern based production facilities.

Their combined passion is focused on bringing entertainment which resonates with the people who really matter the most – the audience.
